Genealogical material on ACME NUKLEAR BLIMP is uncensored. Some columns contain information that is sensitive. Part of documenting one’s family history is learning that some ancestors engaged in behavior unacceptable by modern standards. Many Caucasians today descend from slave owners, and many Blacks today descend from slaves. While acknowledging mistakes of the past, we shouldn’t attaint descendants of either. It would be very useful to extract from available documents the names of slaves and any mention of relationships between them. There’s a huge amount of material dating from the early Colonial Period to the end of the Civil War. It would fill in a lot of gaps in American history.

The Bot technology described in columns on ACME NUKLEAR BLIMP is the intellectual property of Jeffrey Thomas Chipman. I am the sole creator of this technology and the sole owner of all rights. No one collaborated with me and any misrepresentation of ownership is fraudulent.
The rights will not be sold to anyone located in a country which is presently or may become an enemy of the United States. I will not honor deals that are reached without my participation. No one is or will be allowed to use this or any part of this technology without compensation. No agreements, formal or informal, have been reached with anyone, and within the stated limitations, the rights are available for purchase by anyone.
My rights to this technology are protected by copyright because it is a software flow chart like flow charts used in video games. The software flow chart of a videogame exists independently from the coded program and without which a coded videogame cannot exist. If a writing contains directions to create a software product, and those directions are sufficient and independent of a programming language that may be used to code the software product, then the owner maintains his rights to that software product even though it is not presently coded. Software can be copyrighted because it is a form of written communication which is distinct from methods of storage such as optical disk, USB drive, or hard disk. A physical computing platform performs the same function as a book.
These Bots can be used on multiple platforms for a wide range of products, from toys to high-tech combat Bots. I can’t agree to requests to use part of my robotics control program because it would jeopardize the value of the technology.
It’s more important to have the product be mathematically sound, and that mathematicians of acceptable credentials declare it to be sound, than to tender a product which may be coded but contains bugs or flaws that render it inoperable, and that may never be resolved to make the product operable. Software is the expression of mathematics and logic without which the product cannot function regardless of the programming language that may be employed to code it, even if a certain programming language is most appropriate to code it.
If this technology is declared “Essential,” I’ll still be paid for it.

The records and photograph collections that are the source for posts on ACME NUKLEAR BLIMP are my property. The files have been transferred into storage boxes and are inaccessible for general use. The photographs are in acid-free boxes and the negatives are sorted and stored. At the appropriate time the records and photographs will be donated to a suitable repository with the proviso that they be closed to research and their whereabouts kept confidential until after my decease.
