ABOUT MY BOTS:
Bot technology discussed in the column: ”WarBot, BotBox, Androids & The Social Machine (Terminator)” is available for sale, with all rights included. NO ONE, including any member of my family, or any religious organization, has a financial interest in, or is authorized to act on my behalf regarding the sale, marketing, or any other aspect of the Bot technology. No company or individual(s) has now, or ever has had, authorization from me to do anything with this technology. I am the sole owner and only representative of this technology.
Although it’s not itself an operating system as is conventionally conceived, it’s closest software counterpart is an operating system. Therefore, its value should be estimated by the applications that would run it: toys to robotics-based PCs to public service robots to military applications. Since this control program makes possible robots which can operate independently of human remote operation while performing complex tasks, the compensation reflects that.
The algorithms and the explanation of each step in the algorithms are sufficient to code the software. To my knowledge, these robotics control programs are the only robotics control programs of their type. It’s a multi-use multi-level robotics software control program that causes the servo-mechanism software or software routines of the Bot to run. Because the programs all use the same algorithmic core, the programs can’t be sold separately.
The figure for the sale of this technology is to the highest acceptable bidder. I’m in the process of securing representation. My offer is Five Percent (5%) of the total gross sale price to my attorney(s) for handling all matters pertaining to the sale. That’s the total fee; if there’s more than one attorney involved, they’ll have to divide the Five Percent (5%) among themselves. This offer applies only to my authorized attorneys and is contingent upon my acceptance of the sale price. I want to sell all rights for a lump sum with no royalties. I don’t want to be involved in any capacity after the sale.
IT’S THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY CONSIDERING PURCHASE TO VERIFY WITH ME OWNERSHIP OF THESE ROBOTICS CONTROL PROGRAMS.
