THE FIRST AMENDMENT
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Adopted 15 Dec 1791.
The US Supreme Court has held that Freedom of Association is an essential part of Freedom of Speech guaranteed by the First Amendment.
H.R. 1308 Passed Senate amended (10/27/1993)
Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 – Prohibits any agency, department, or official of the United States or any State (the government) from substantially burdening a person’s exercise of religion even if the burden results from a rule of general applicability, except that the government may burden a person’s exercise of religion only if it demonstrates that application of the burden to the person: (1) furthers a compelling governmental interest; and (2) is the least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest.
Sets forth provisions pertaining to judicial relief, attorney’s fees, and applicability.
Declares that: (1) nothing in this Act shall be construed to interpret the clause of the First Amendment to the Constitution prohibiting the establishment of religion; (2) the granting of government funding, benefits, or exemptions, to the extent permissible under that clause, shall not constitute a violation of this Act; and (3) as used in this Act, “granting” does not include the denial of government funding, benefits, or exemptions.
United Space Time Continuum, Inc., became The Mobius Group LLC, which was sold to Iowa Consolidated Bio-Fuels, and then became a unit of For Real Side Global Technology, Inc.
For Real Side Global Technology, Inc. decided to focus on Digital Emulation technology and spin off its airship and robotics operations. That left Acme Nuklear Blimp Corp. in control of its own destiny. We’re so much more than Airships. Look for exciting new products coming soon!

How ACME NUKLEAR BLIMP & ROBOTICS is organized:
In the right side there are 10 permanent Pages “a” to “j.” “Recent Posts” list the first 15 posts. “Top Posts” lists the 10 most popular posts. TO HELP READERS ACCESS MATERIAL, I’VE ADDED A SEARCH BOX AT THE TOP OF THE RIGHT HAND COLUMN. TYPE IN YOUR SEARCH TERMS AND PRESS “ENTER” ON YOUR KEYBOARD.
Posts are organized into self-explanatory categories. Clicking on the categories listed to the right of the first post will access all posts in that category. A post may appear in more than one category. Sometimes I move posts around. I make some posts “Private,” which means they cannot be viewed at that time.
I’ve stopped writing new posts and don’t plan to update existing posts.
Currently ACME NUKLEAR BLIMP consists of 47 Posts and 10 Pages.
SUPPORT ACADEMIC PRESS PUBLICATIONS:
There are bibliographies at the beginning of many columns. The books listed there are for those who want to delve deeper into the subject. Books published by an academic press are usually available through Amazon.com, Ebay, or Abebooks. You probably won’t find many at your local library.
I encourage support of academic press publications. The authors may have spent most of their professional lives studying a particular aspect of Social History, so take advantage of their years of research. Often many of the records they use are also records of interest to genealogists, and they cite records of which you may be unaware but could really help you out. Just perusing the bibliographies and lists of source materials in these books might get you past a brick wall.
The Bot technology described in columns on ACME NUKLEAR BLIMP & ROBOTICS is the intellectual property of Jeffrey Thomas Chipman. I am the sole creator of this technology and sole owner of all rights. No one collaborated with me and any other misrepresentation of ownership is fraudulent. I don’t want partnerships. I can’t sell limited trial periods as products developed during the trial period would complicate the sale to the eventual owner.
The rights will not be sold to anyone located in a country which is presently or may become an enemy of the United States. I will not honor deals that are reached without my participation. No one is or will be allowed to use this or any part of this technology without compensation. Within the stated limitations, the rights are available for purchase by anyone. The technology will not be donated to anyone for any purpose.
My rights to this technology are protected by copyright because it is a software flow chart like flow charts used in video games. The software flow chart of a videogame exists independently from the coded program and without it a videogame cannot exist. The same game may be offered for multiple platforms like Wii, Xbox and PlayStation, proving that consumers are buying the game, not the programming language. If the programming language had anything to do with it, you could steal someone’s video game and put it on a different console without paying the author anything.
If a writing contains directions to create a software product, and those directions are sufficient and independent of a programming language that may be used to code the software product, then the owner maintains his rights to that software product even though it is not presently coded. Software can be copyrighted because it is a form of written communication which is distinct from methods of storage such as optical disk, USB drive, or hard disk. A physical computing platform performs the same function as a book.
It’s more important to have the product be mathematically sound, and that mathematicians of acceptable credentials declare it to be sound, than to tender a product which may be coded but contains bugs or flaws that render it inoperable, and that may never be resolved to make the product operable. Software is the expression of mathematics and logic without which the product cannot function regardless of the programming language that may be employed to code it, even if a certain programming language is most appropriate to code it.
There’s no special hardware requirement for this Bot technology. It will operate any hardware with a driver. My robotics control programs are actually a general operating system for robots. Bots can be used on multiple platforms for a wide range of products, from toys to high-tech combat Bots. The decision how to license the property is up to the eventual owner.
Rights will be sold en bloc, except under one limited condition. I don’t want to under value my own product, so I’ll review the offers.
It should be understood that no entity, public or private, has authorization from me to do anything with this technology. Anyone currently using this technology is doing so without my permission and is hereby notified to desist. Exhibiting fraudulent and / or forged paperwork is a serious crime. There is no “Fair Use” of this type of software.

Genealogical material on ACME NUKLEAR BLIMP & ROBOTICS is uncensored. Some columns contain information that is sensitive. Part of documenting one’s family history is encountering aspects of cultures and customs that are unacceptable by today’s standards. If I redact material, the reader’s image of that time is distorted. The activity of any one group isn’t a complete historical picture.

Comments about columns are not permitted. There are many forums on the Internet for discussion of genealogical topics. This blog represents my contribution to family history and the genealogical community.
